Stanford's play unfolds exactly how they drew it up
Now here's a play you don't see everyday. With two seconds left on the shot clock, Stanford forward Joslyn Tinkle prepares to in bound the ball from the sideline. Intentional or not, her pass flies off the backboard and the ball miraculously falls right into the magnetic hands of Chiney Ogwumike, who scores and is fouled. The play turned out to be one of the turning points of the game for the Cardinal and one where you realize that the basketball deities are smiling down. I guess that was exactly how they drew it up...
