Pac-12 softball competition begins

Pac-12 teams begin conference matchups as they enter the eighth week of the season. Along with conference play beginning, the Pac-12 Networks will begin to televise softball games with STANFORD at OREGON on Sunday, March 24 at 3 p.m. PT being the first Pac-12 Networks game to be aired. Also this week, WASHINGTON at ARIZONA on Monday, March 25 at 7 p.m. PT will air on the Pac-12 Networks. Other Conference matchups this week include UTAH at CALIFORNIA and ARIZONA STATE at UCLA. OREGON STATE will have another week before conference play and will travel to California to face UC Davis and CSU Bakersfield this week. Teams are still strong in the national polls with seven of the eight teams ranked in the USA Today/NFCA poll, with the Sun Devils holding the highest ranking in the No. 2 spot and three of the teams being ranked in the top 10.
