Nine athletes named to all-America at-large team

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. -  Nine Pac-12 athletes were named to the Capital One Academic All-America® At-Large team, selected by CoSIDA. ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA, COLORADO, UCLA, USC, UTAH and WASHINGTON STATE are the Pac-12 schools represented. USC had three individuals, while the other six schools each had one representative.

The 2013 Capital One Academic All-America® At-Large Teams, selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances athletically and in the classroom.

The at-large team for the Capital One Academic All-America® program includes the sports of fencing, golf, gymnastics, ice hockey, lacrosse, rifle, skiing, swimming and diving, tennis, water polo, for both men and women, bowling, crew and field hockey for women and volleyball and wrestling for men.
