The Pac-12 volleyball all-star team -- comprised of 13 conference players and three coaches -- is on a two-week playing tour in China. The Pac-12 Post will have an inside look at the team's experience throughout the trip, including photos, guest posts from members of the team and recaps of each match.

From USC libero Natalie Hagglund:

Hello America and fans!!!

We have just arrived in China and let me tell you, this country is quite the cultural experience. It took us about 25 hours to get to Shanghai with a few pit stops along the way! What I noticed right off was the incredible architecture. In the city of Shanghai, there are thousands of sky scrapers, all of which look nothing like the skyscraper right next to it. Every building is unique and incredibly beautiful, all ranging in size, shape, color and texture...it is absolutely incredible.

When we arrived in Shanghai we were immediately greeted with friendly citizens, unique plates of food and a completely different language, all of which need some getting used to. It is quite humid here but thankfully most of the buildings have air conditioner. We have yet to have practice, so all of us are hoping the air conditioning continues in the gym! Hopefully our positive cultural experiences will continue. Off to practice!!!
