The swat machine known as Patricia Bright signed a pro contract to play in Malta. The former Beaver women’s hooper blocked 166 shots at Oregon State, which is third all-time in OSU history. Since the Cardinal season opener is one week later than most teams, training camp also starts a week later. Thus, Stanford football will get off to a late start.

Solidifying the secondary and improving the return game are a couple of Steve Sarkisian’s “concerns” for UW entering fall camp.
