PAC-12 NETWORKS UNVEILS 2013-14 MEN’S BASKETBALL TELECAST SCHEDULE

150-Game Schedule Includes at Least 12 Games for Each School and Eight Live Pac-12 Tournament Contests from MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF. (September 3, 2013) – This season, Pac-12 Networks is home to a total of 150 live men’s basketball telecasts across seven networks, including eight exciting Pac-12 Tournament contests from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

For all 12 schools, Pac-12 Networks has more men’s basketball games on its air than any other sports television network. Each Pac-12 program will be featured at least 12 times: Arizona (12), Arizona State (13), Cal (14), Colorado (14), Oregon (14), Oregon State (16), Stanford (13), UCLA (14), USC (18), Utah (24), Washington (17), Washington State (21).

The six-month season, which tips off on Pac-12 Networks October 27, ensures that every Pac-12 regular season home contest and every Pac-12 Tournament game will be televised.

2012-13 Pac-12 regular season champion UCLA and new head coach Steve Alford make their 2013-14 season debut in the third game on the Networks’ schedule November 4 at 7:30 p.m. PT against Cal State San Marcos. With 14 appearances on the Pac-12 Networks television schedule, the Bruins are set to be one of the top teams in the Conference, returning three starters with Kyle Anderson, Jordan Adams and Travis Wear. UCLA also boasts a pair of talented incoming freshman Zach LaVine and Bryce Alford – son of head coach Steve Alford – both of whom were named PARADE All-Americans in May.

After a successful postseason run that included a Pac-12 Tournament title and advancing to the Sweet Sixteen of the NCAA Tournament, Oregon makes 15 appearances in the Networks’ television schedule, while head coach Sean Miller and the Arizona Wildcats clock in with 12 appearances. New USC head coach Andy Enfield and the Trojans will make 18 Pac-12 Network appearances, debuting November 12 at home against Cal State-Northridge at 8:00 p.m. PT.

Of the 150 total games, 49 of those will be regular season conference matchups, beginning January 2 when Utah hosts Oregon at 5:00 p.m. PT. The Networks’ eight-game coverage of the Pac-12 Tournament from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas tips off March 12 with four exciting matchups, beginning at Noon PT.
