Kruger Tallies Career-High 11 Saves as Cal Draws Santa Clara 1-1(2OT)

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Facing the first ranked opponent of the season, senior goalkeeper Emily Kruger (Woodside, Calif.) tallied a career-high 11 saves to keep the No. 12/17 Golden Bears’ unbeaten record alive as Cal drew 1-1 in double overtime with No. 22/13 Santa Clara Thursday evening at Buck Shaw Stadium in Santa Clara.
