Pac-12 men’s soccer scores for Friday, Sept. 20
BERKELEY – Midfielder Seth Casiple played a beautiful ball over the defense to set up Alec Sundly for the first goal and later set up the last goal in fourth-ranked California’s decisive 3-0 win over Colgate on Friday on Goldman Field at Edwards Stadium. Sundly scored what was his second goal of the season at the 12:32 mark, and the Golden Bears led the rest of the way.
Forward Zach Batteer netted his second brace of the campaign and goalkeeper Drew Hutchins came up with some key saves late as Stanford won its third straight match, 2-0 over College of Charleston Friday night at Cagan Stadium.
SEATTLE — No. 6 Washington’s stellar start continued as the Dawgs dismantled Florida Gulf Coast, 5-0. Washington improved to 5-0-1 after thoroughly dominating an NCAA Tournament team from a year ago. Michael Harris led UW with two goals, but the Dawgs were outstanding in all facets of the game.
