BERKELEY – No. 4 ranked Cal (5-0) dominated its opening match of the NorCal Invitational, defeating Air Force, 17-8, Saturday (Sept. 21) at Spieker Aquatics Complex.
Fifth-year senior Forrest Watkins broke an 8-8 deadlock with 1:17 to go in the second overtime period Saturday night to give No. 5 Stanford a 9-8 come-from-behind win over No. 3 Pacific and send the Cardinal into Sunday’s NorCal Invitational semifinals.

Sophomore Danny McClintick and freshmen Ryder Roberts, Chancellor Ramirez and Jack Fellner each completed hat tricks in the win.
