Video: Stanford defensive standouts get behind the mic prior to the 100th Rose Bowl Game

The 100th Rose Bowl Game is just around the corner and today the backbone of the 2013 Stanford Cardinal took center stage. Questions at Saturday's press conference ranged from serious to silly, but it was good to see the foundation of a fearsome defense get some face time. Not on par with the zoo that is the Super Bowl media day, all involved from Stanford seemed to revel in the opportunity. 

Defensive coordinator Derek Mason spoke about what the word "spirit" means to the Cardinal:

The 100th Rose Bowl game kicks off on January 1 at 2 p.m. PT. It's a good bet that the Michigan State offense will know the four men that took the podium today all too well by game's end.
