Pac-12 baseball on TV viewer guide: April 11-13
Four Pac-12 baseball teams – including two in the top 25 – take the field under the bright television lights this weekend. Here's what to watch:
Tucson can be a notoriously difficult place to play, even when Arizona is struggling. The Wildcats are currently 4-8 in Pac-12 play, but the 6-3 Bruins will have to be wary entering Hi Corbett Field. When it comes to the conference race, there's really no room for Baby Blue to slip here: They're looking up at both Oregon State (9-3) and Washington (10-2) in the race, and both of those leaders are currently showing no signs of slowing down.
UCLA is currently on a three-game skid after it dropped the final two games of a non-conference weekend series to Long Beach State and lost a mid-week contest to Cal State Fullerton. The Bruins' pitching has been good again this year (2.80 ERA), and they'll certainly rely on those arms to right the ship.

A young Stanford team (3-6) is scuffling, but Washington is not. The Huskies (10-2) lead the Pac-12 after a rousing home series win over Oregon last weekend, and now they have a chance to pad their conference lead. Remarkably, the Dawgs are now 22-6-1 overall, and they're starting to earn at least a smidgen of national respect (No. 17 in the latest USA Today poll, which still seems a tad low).
The new lakeside ballpark has seemed to reinvigorate Lindsay Meggs' program: UW has gone from one of the weakest hitting clubs in the Pac-12 to a team that packs a .289 punch and has blasted 14 home runs so far this year.
