VB To Host Free Scrimmages Across ASU’s Valley Campuses

TEMPE, Ariz.—Sun Devil Volleyball begins its season with three FREE scrimmage events in the next two weeks across three of Arizona State University’s Valley campuses. Don’t miss this chance to see the Sun Devils in action before the season begins!

On Saturday, August 16, at 7:00 p.m. at Arizona State’s West Campus Sun Devil Fitness Complex, Sun Devil Volleyball will hold the first of three FREE, open to the public scrimmages. Located in Glendale, the scrimmage at West Campus is a great opportunity for all fans in the West Valley to see the Sun Devils live and up close before the season begins! The address for the event is 4701 W Thunderbird Road, Glendale, AZ.

The second scrimmage will take place on Monday, August 18, at 4:00 p.m. at Arizona State’s Polytechnic Campus Sun Devil Fitness Complex. This event will be an outstanding chance for fans in the East Valley to catch Sun Devil Volleyball action right in their backyard just before the season officially kicks off! For those wishing to attend, the address is 7001 E. Williams Field Road, Mesa, AZ.

The third and final pre-season scrimmage for the Sun Devils will be their very own Maroon & Gold scrimmage on their home court in Wells Fargo Arena on Saturday, August 23 at 1:00 p.m. Bring the whole family for the last chance to see Sun Devil Volleyball get prepared for the 2014 season and for a FREE skills clinic put on by the team for all kids in attendance! All three scrimmages are FREE and open to the public.
