WSU wideout Isiah Myers records 227 receiving yards

Sep 13, 2014

Isiah Myers was all over the field Saturday night in Washington State's 59-21 win over Portland State, as seen on Pac-12 Networks. The senior caught 11 passes for 227 yards and three touchdowns, but his biggest play was this spectacular 55-yard touchdown grab. He not only maintained enough concentration to reel in the catch but stayed inbounds to tip-toe the sideline and hop over a fallen defender.

Myers' 227 yards were the most in a single game for a Washington State receiever since 2012 and easily a career-high. Myers is off to a stellar start and now has 26 receptions this season. He only recorded 37 receptions last year and looks certain to pass that number in the coming games.
