California's Salcedo Voted Men's Soccer Player of the Week
SAN FRANCISCO - The Pac-12 Conference announced CALIFORNIA’s Paul Salcedo as the Pac-12 Men’s Soccer Player of the Week for games from Oct. 6-12.
Salcedo (Inglewood, Calif.) scored a pair of goals last weekend to propel the Golden Bears to victories over No. 2 UCLA and San Diego State. The freshman put in the second goal in the 3-2 OT win over the Bruins, and tallied the game-winner in the 81st minute on Sunday in the 4-3 win over the Aztecs.
