-The Pac-12 came out swinging in the opening week and continues with games against some of the nation’s best this upcoming week

-Four teams are ranked in this week’s Collegiate Baseball Poll with UCLA and ARIZONA STATE cracking the top 10 at No. 8 and No. 9 respectively. The league went a collective 26-14(.650)

-Bats were hot in Los Angeles, with USC (.340) and UCLA (.380) combining for 77 hits and 78 runs as both schools got off to 3-0 starts.

-Arizona State hosted then 8/8 Oklahoma State and took the first two games of the three game series. ARIZONA’s Scott Kingery (.538/4 R/7 H/5 RBI) took home Pac-12 Player of the Week. Arizona State’s Ryan Burr (0.00 ERA/7 K/1 W/1 S) earned honors as the Conference’s Pitcher of the Week. This Week ASU hosts 7/1 TCU.

-The Pac-12 Networks will televise 114 Conference baseball games this season, kicking off its coverage with the start of the season on Friday when Indiana visits Stanford at 3 p.m. PT.
