Fans are welcome to attend next Tuesday, March 10, as the UW football team will go through its annual Husky Combine in the Dempsey Indoor Practice Facility, starting at 7 a.m.
The team's strength and conditioning staff will put all available current players through a series of tests and drills similar to Pro Day, with the first group (offensive linemen, defensive tackles and specialists) getting started at 7 a.m. At 8 a.m., the defensive ends, tight ends, linebacker and QBs go, followed at 9 a.m. by the defensive backs, wide receivers and running backs. The event is expected to last until 10 a.m.
There will not be any special parking set aside (normal, weekday on-campus parking is available as always in various lots near the Dempsey), but there will be no admission fee.
