• With just two weeks remaining in the Pac-12 softball regular season, and two series between top-20 opponents this week, each game is crucially important. OREGON is just one game ahead of UCLA in the standings, and both teams face a ranked opponent as the second-ranked Ducks play No. 18 CALIFORNIA and the seventh-ranked Bruins play No. 16 ARIZONA. No. 20 WASHINGTON hosts OREGON STATE while No. 24 ARIZONA STATE travels to STANFORD. UTAH, which is ranked in the Softball poll for the first time in school history, takes a break from league play this week after picking up its fifth-straight Pac-12 series win.

• Oregon’s Jenna Lilley took home Louisville Slugger/NFCA Division I Player of the Week accolades as well as Pac-12 Player of the Week honors after helping UO sweep non-conference opponent No. 9 Louisiana-Lafayette. Fellow Duck Cheridan Hawkins was named Pac-12 Pitcher of the Week after no-hitting the Ragin’ Cajuns, while Utah’s Katie Donovan was voted Pac-12 Freshman of the Week, marking Utah’s fourth freshman of the week honor and sixth player of the week accolade in 2015 alone.
