Vaughn In Second at NCAA Finals

Bradenton, Fla.--Arizona State's Monica Vaughn is in second place heading into the final day of stroke play at the 2015 NCAA Championships.  For the third straight day, lightning caused long delays which suspended third round play on Sunday.

Playing as an individual, Vaughn shot one stroke under par through 17 holes, moving into second place behind Alabama's Emma Talley by a single stroke.  Vaughn birdied three consecutive holes from 10 to 12, and is one stroke over par for the tournament.  Southern California’s Annie Park sits in third at two strokes over par, with Duke’s Leona Maguire at three strokes under par.

Third round action continues Monday morning at 7:30 EDT/4:30 PDT.  Round four of the championship, the final round of stroke play, will begin at 10:50 a.m. EDT/7:50 a.m. PDT.  The 72-hole individual stroke play champion will be determined at the conclusion of the final round.

Golf Channel will broadcast the final round of stroke play, beginning at 4 p.m. EDT/1:00 p.m. PDT.
