Zach LaVine runs routes, dunks footballs in gym

PureSweatBasketball/YouTube

In just two seasons on the college and pro stage, former UCLA Bruin and current Minnesota Timberwolves guard Zach LaVine has already established himself as a one-man dunking highlight reel.

So, what does the man who already has an All-NBA Rookie Second Team honor and a Slam Dunk Contest title to his name do to elevate his dunking game to a new level?

Easy. Run some post patterns and alley-oop some footballs. Because why not?

In this video, posted to YouTube by the user PureSweatBasketball, the Westwood product (and native of Bothell, Washington) runs a few crisp post patterns, drives the lane and takes a perfectly thrown football to the hole.

No sweat, right?
