Pac-12 Networks releases fall television schedules for men's water polo, field hockey and cross country

Fall schedule of events features ranked teams and national champions

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF. (June 25, 2015) – The Pac-12 Networks today released its television schedule for men’s water polo, field hockey and the Pac-12 Cross Country Championships, rounding out the Networks’ 2015 fall televised event schedule.

The nine-game men’s water polo schedule will feature the 2014 defending NCAA Champion UCLA Bruins, as well as Stanford, USC and California, all ranked in the top five in the nation according to the 2014 CWPA final rankings.

USC opens the schedule against Long Beach State on September 26, followed by a doubleheader Saturday, October 18 with regional battles featuring USC vs. UCLA and California at Stanford. Times for all three matches are still to be determined. The Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF) Tournament closes out the men’s water polo telecast schedule on November 22 at 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. PT.

Once again, Stanford and California will bring women’s field hockey to Pac-12 Networks in 2015. The three-game broadcast schedule will feature teams that finished in the final 2014 NFHCA Coaches rankings. The schedule begins on August 28 when Syracuse faces Stanford at 4:00 p.m. PT. The schedule ends with a rivalry matchup between California and Stanford on September 18 at 1:30 p.m. PT.

Pac-12 Networks will also televise a tape delayed broadcast of the 2015 Pac-12 Cross Country Championships on November 1 in Pullman, Wash. Five-time NCAA Champion Colorado will look to defend its Pac-12 title in the men’s division, but will have to face off against the Ducks and Edward Cheserek, who won the men’s individual crown for the second-consecutive year. On the women’s side, Oregon closed out the season ranked No. 3 in the nation and claimed its second Conference team title in three years.
