BALTIMORE -- Four Pac-12 men’s soccer players were selected in the final two rounds of the 2016 MLS SuperDraft on Tuesday. Two Conference players were selected in the third round, including WASHINGTON’s James Moberg and UCLA’s Javan Torre. In the fourth and final round of the draft, STANFORD’s Ty Thompson was drafted as well as Husky midfielder Josh Heard.
Seven total Pac-12 products were drafted. Stanford’s Brandon Vincent and Washington’s Ryan Herman were chosen in the first round, while Stanford’s Eric Verso was selected in the second round.
