Huge win for the Golden Bears on Saturday night, knocking off then-12th-ranked Arizona 74-73 thanks to 28 points from Jordan Mathews, and Kyle Ringo of Yahoo Sports believes that Cal showed resiliency in its sweep of the Arizona schools last weekend.

Utah

Biggest weekend for a men’s basketball team? Utah, which went on the road and swept the Washington schools to get right into that 4-3 scrum. The Utes defeated the Dawgs 80-75 in overtime Sunday, and Kyle Goon notes that Utah was able to contain Andrew Andrews, who was held to five points below his season average.
