SAN FRANCISCO – The Pac-12 announced today that all-tournament passes for the 2017 Pac-12 Women’s Basketball Tournament will go on sale next week, with an exclusive pre-sale starting Monday, Oct. 17 and tickets going on sale to the general public on Wednesday, Oct. 19 at 10 a.m. PT.  All-tournament passes include admission to every game of the tournament and start at $90 each.  Discounted group tickets, as well as premium courtside and VIP options, are also available. The Pac-12 Women’s Basketball Tournament will be played Thursday-Sunday, March 2-5, 2017, at KeyArena in Seattle. Seattle has proven a great supporter of women’s basketball and the Pac-12 will host this tournament at KeyArena for the fifth year in a row in 2017. The Pac-12 partners with Force 10 Sports Management, LLC, the Seattle Sports Commission, and Seattle Center to deliver a dynamic atmosphere for fans and student-athletes at its premier women’s sporting event.

A first look at the 2016-17 Pac-12 women’s basketball teams will come next week as student-athletes and coaches participate in Pac-12 Women’s Basketball Media Day in San Francisco on Thursday, Oct. 20. Pac-12 Network will air a live special that day that will include interviews from student-athletes and coaches, as well as an in-depth preview of the season to come.

Last season, five Pac-12 teams earned NCAA Tournament bids, and for the first time ever two Pac-12 teams – Washington and Oregon State – made it all the way to the NCAA Women’s Final Four as the Pac-12 re-staked its claim as one of the best women’s basketball leagues in the country. With both of those Final Four teams calling the Pacific Northwest home and returning star talent, the 2017 Pac-12 Tournament promises to be one of the best yet.

On Dec. 12, tickets to the semifinal and championship games will be sold for $12 each for 12 hours only, beginning at 10 a.m. PT. Single-session tickets for all sessions will go on sale on Jan. 19 at 10 a.m. PT and will start at $15 each.

“Last year’s Pac-12 Tournament turned out to be a preview of the NCAA Final Four,” said head Washington women’s basketball coach Mike Neighbors. “In breaking the attendance record, Pac-12 women’s basketball fans were treated to four days of the best basketball that was played anywhere all season long. With that said, this season is only going to be better. Great teams, great players, and great bands and spirit squads will descend on Seattle for 11 games of must-see action. We know Seattle fans will show up and we need fans from all over the Pac-12 footprint to be there to experience the best conference tournament in women’s basketball.”

KeyArena, home to the two-time WNBA Champion Seattle Storm, has entertained more than 18 million guests as Seattle’s best venue for sports, concerts, and family entertainment. Its unique design provides fans an intimate entertainment experience with spectacular sightlines and acoustics. Fans also have a convenient link between downtown Seattle and Seattle Center with the Seattle Center Monorail.

Full ticket offers and additional information about the tournament are available at pac-12.com/tickets or by calling 1-855-MYPAC12.
