Pac-12 men's soccer player of the week

Nov 15, 2016

THIS WEEK: Foster Langsdorf, JR, Forward, Stanford
• Foster Langsdorf sent No. 8 Stanford into the postseason with a win, heading home his conference-leading fifth game-winner of the season in a 2-1 overtime win at Cal on Friday afternoon.
• The junior is one of three Stanford players with at least five game winners in a season in the past 19 years (Jordan Morris - 2015; Jamie Clark - 1998)
• Langsdorf finished his regular season as the Pac-12 leader in both goals (12) and points (26)
• He is in the top 10 nationally in total goals and Stanford has back-to-back seasons with 10+ goal scorers for the first time since 2000 and 2001.
• This is Langsdorf's first career nod and Stanford's 27th
all-time.
