Liufau, Fisher, Wishnowsky earn weekly Conference honors

Offensive: Sefo Liufau, Sr., QB, Colorado
In Colorado's 38-24 win over #20 Washington State, Liufau amassed 453 yards of total offense, completing 27-of-41 passes for 345 yards (0 TD/0 INT), and rushed for career-highs of 108 yards and 3 touchdowns on 23 attempts.
• 
It was just the second 300/100 game in school history (300 passing, 100 rushing yards in the same game).
• 
He earned 22 first downs (7 rushing, 15 passing), and personally had a hand in 12 of CU's 13 third down conversion makes (5 rushing, 8 passing).
• 
During the course of the game, he went over the 10,000-yard mark in his career in total offense, as well as the 9,000-yard mark in passing yards and owns 84 school records and counting.

Defensive: Nick Fisher, So., DB, Colorado
 
In Colorado's 38-24 win over No. 20 Washington State, he was called upon after losing two free safeties ahead of him on the depth chart (one to ejection, the other to a concussion), he stepped in and made six tackles (all solo), with a pass broken up.

After only playing 39 snaps previously, Fisher played 67 while having had three third down stops and a fourth down stop, the latter at CU's 15-yard line. when Washington State was driving trying to score a go-ahead touchdown when trailing 28-24 with 13:17 left in the game.

The sophomore downed four of his six punts inside the 20-yard line, including a punt at the 2-yard line in the Utes’28-30 loss to Oregon.
• 
He now has an NCAA-leading 14 punts inside the 10-yard line and is second nationally in punts inside the 20 (31).
• Wishnowsky had three punts of 50+ yards vs. Oregon and is the n
ation’s punt average leader (48.6).
