Pac-12 announces women's basketball players of the week

Player of the Week: Kelsey Plum, Washington
• 2 GP, 36.5 ppg, 4.5 rpg, .520 (26-50), .867 FT (13-15), 7 asst, 4 stl, 3 blk  
• In the Huskies’ 82-70 win over No. 7/9 UCLA, led all scorers with 39 points (13-of-26), including five three-pointers while going 8-of-8 from the foul line.
• Scored 30 points or more for the ninth time this season.
• Led the Huskies past USC, 77-67, scoring 34 points on 13-of-24 shooting including three from behind-the-arc and leading the team with five assists.
• Fifth-career player of the week honor and 38th all-time for Washington. It is the third time this season Plum has won the distinction.

Freshman of the Week: Chanelle Molina, Washington State
• 2 GP, 24.5 ppg, 3 rpg, .704 (19-27), .700 FT (7-10), 10 asst, 1 stl, 0 blk  
• Scored a career-best and tied a WSU freshman record with 33 pts in the 82-73 win over No. 7/9 UCLA.
• The 33 points were the most given up by the Bruins to an opponent since 2003.
• Led the Cougs to a victory over USC, 74-57, the first sweep of the LA schools since the 1994-95 season.
• Has an 11-straight double-digit scoring streak, the third-longest streak by a Cougar freshman.
• Freshman of the week for the second-straight week.
