Pac-12 announces women's basketball players of the week

Player of the Week: Chantel Osahor, Washington
• 1 GP, 20 ppg, 30 rpg, .583 (7-12), .857 FT (6-7), 2 asst, 2 stl, 0 blk  
• Broke a Pac-12 record by grabbing 30 rebounds and supplemented it with 20 points in the Huskies’ 87-44 win over Washington State.
• Only 11 players in NCAA history have grabbed as many boards in a game.
• Leads the NCAA in rebounds per game (13.8).
• Surpassed 1,000 rebounds for her career yesterday, becoming just the third player in UW history to do so.
• It is the second time this season Osahor has been voted player of the week and the 40th all-time honor for a Husky.

Freshman of the Week: Ruthy Hebard, Oregon
• 2 GP, 22.0 ppg, 10.5 rpg, .552 (16-29), .667 FT (12-18), 2 asst, 2 stl, 4 blk  
• Led the Ducks to a pair of wins against Colorado, 71-66, and Utah, 84-66.
• Against the Buffs, posted 19 points and 11 rebounds for her fifth double-double of the season.
• Tallied her sixth double-double two days later against Utah with 25 points and 10 rebounds. 
• It is the second time this season Hebard has voted freshman of the week, and the 18th time for Oregon all-time.
