DeCastro capped a remarkable season by playing every snap of the AFC Championship Game, which New England won, 36-17. The former first-rounder helped keep the Patriots from sacking Ben Roethlisberger while earning a 77.6 grade from Pro Football Focus, fifth-highest on the Steelers' offense.

Fleming is headed to his second Super Bowl in three NFL seasons, appearing on 15 percent of offensive snaps and 26 percent of special teams snaps in New England's 36-17 win against Pittsburgh in the AFC Championship Game.

Hooper started in Atlanta's 44-21 win against Green Bay in the NFC Championship Game. Appearing on 60 percent of offensive snaps, Hooper caught both of his targets for 23 yards while also helping the Falcons rush for 101 yards and two touchdowns.

Martinez's standout rookie season ended with a 44-21 loss at Atlanta in the NFC Championship Game. Appearing on 25 percent of defensive snaps and 65 percent of special teams snaps, Martinez finished with two solo tackles, including one for loss. His 70.2 grade from PFF was the fourth best of any Packers defender.

Montgomery appeared on 34 percent of offensive snaps and two special teams snaps in Green Bay's 44-21 loss at Atlanta in the NFC Championship Game. He carried the ball three times for 17 yards, catching one of three targets for two yards. Montgomery heads into the offseason as the Packers' lead running back after a breakout season which started as a wide receiver.

Toilolo started in Atlanta's 44-21 win against Green Bay in the NFC Championship Game. One of eight players to catch a pass from MVP candidate Matt Ryan, Toilolo appeared on 71 percent of offensive snaps with one reception for five yards. Toilolo also helped the Falcons rush for 101 yards and two rushing touchdowns.
