California

Evan Daniels of Scout reports that former Cal men’s basketball guard Charlie Moore is transferring to Kansas, opting for the Jayhawks over Illinois and other schools.

Arizona State

Jeff Metcalfe reports that men’s basketball transfers Zylan Cheatham and Rob Edwards are relocating to Arizona State. Cheatham is coming from San Diego State (though he is a Phoenix native), while Edwards last played at Cleveland State.

UCLA

Check out this Lee Jenkins profile of Hunter Greene, the UCLA baseball commit who is on the cover of Sports Illustrated. Greene, who is likely to go either first or second overall in the 2017 MLB Draft, can hit 102 on the radar gun on the mound and hit 450-foot bombs at the plate (in other words, don’t expect him to play for the Bruins next year).

Colorado

The NFL Draft now just a day away, take a look at some Colorado defensive back Chidobie Awuzie highlights as he hopes to hear his name called on the first night (I’ve seen a mock draft that has him going 29th to Green Bay).

Stanford

ESPN’s Carolina Panthers reporter David Newton writes that Stanford running back Christian McCaffrey could be “the perfect football player” for the Panthers, who have the No. 8 pick in the draft.

Washington

This is from a few days ago, but check out this Lindsay Schnell NFL Draft profile of Washington defensive back Kevin King. He’s a versatile dude, that King.

Oregon State

The Oregonian/OregonLive takes a look back at all 43 Beavers taken in the NFL Draft since 2000.

USC

USC will be the No. 1 seed at the Pac-12 Beach Volleyball Championships beginning Thursday in Tucson. The Trojans have won 60 straight head-to-head matchups.

Utah

Kyle Goon reports that Utah’s David Collette is testing the NBA Draft waters, but he also told The Salt Lake Tribune that he’s returning to school next year (he has no plans of hiring an agent). He simply wants to go through the workout process.

Arizona

This is awesome, baby – Dick Vitale writes that Sean and Archie Miller have the Arizona and Indiana men’s basketball programs on the rise. Also, Zack Rosenblatt has a rundown of the Arizona softball players drafted into National Pro Fastpitch – Katiyana Mauga, Danielle O’Toole, Mo Mercado and Mandie Perez.

Oregon

Oregon football coach Willie Taggart wants the Ducks to get tougher, writes Andrew Greif. Oregon’s spring game is Saturday at Autzen.

Washington State

Here’s the Pac-12 Networks recap of Washington State baseball’s 7-3 loss to Gonzaga Tuesday night.
