STANFORD, Calif. - Stanford football fans living in the Bay Area will continue to find Cardinal game action on KNBR 1050 AM through the 2019-20 season.

Tommy Gray, Stanford's associate athletics director for external relations. "Our local listeners can expect the same high-quality coverage they've become accustomed to beginning with our football season opener in Sydney."
The Cumulus Media-owned radio station extended its relationship with the Cardinal in an agreement with Learfield, Stanford's rights and broadcast partner that manages all aspects of the radio network.
"We couldn't be more excited to strengthen and extend our partnership with Stanford Athletics," said Jeremiah Crowe, KNBR 680/1050 program director for Cumulus Media-San Francisco. "Cardinal Football will continue to be synonymous with KNBR 1050 and we are looking forward to kick off on August 26."
