CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa: The WSU men's golf team finished in 9
th place overall at the Golfweek Conference Challenge at the Cedar Rapids Country Club, Tuesday. The team had a final score of 880(+16). They followed shortly behind 8
th place finisher ULM, who marked an 879(+15) over three rounds.

The team had it's best round of the tournament Tuesday, putting up the fourth best score of the day with an even 288.

The Cougars lead Eastern Michigan, who finished in 10
th place with an 883(+19).

Brian Mogg tied with three others for 12
th place, shooting a 70 in the third round to bring his final score to 241(-2).

Sophomore
Daniel Kolar finished out the third round with his tournament low of 73(+1). Kolar tied for 36
th with a total score of 223(+7).

Derek Bayley tallied a 225 over the three rounds, resulting in a for 44
th with six others.

North Carolina State's Benjamin Sharp took home the title with a 206(-10) score over three rounds. North Carolina State took home the team title as well with an 847(-17), leading second place Iowa by two strokes (849, -15).

The Cougars will look ahead to the William H. Tucker Intercollegiate kicking off, Friday, September 22
nd. The tournament will take place in Albequerque, N.M.
