STILLWATER, Okla. - Pac-12 programs combined for nine All-Americans to headline the Conference's performance at the 2020 NCAA Division I Men's and Women's Cross Country Championships held at the Oklahoma State Cross Country Course on Monday.

STANFORD, which swept the Pac-12 team titles on March 5, recorded the best team finishes for the Conference with the Cardinal women reaching the podium for the second straight time in third place and the Cardinal men posting their sixth top-5 showing in the past seven events in fifth.

The Cardinal also led the Conference with four combined runners inside the top 15 of the races with seniors Ella Donaghu (10th) and Julia Heymach (13th) pacing the women and freshmen Charles Hicks (14th) and Cole Sprout (15th) highlighting the men.

Also notable, the OREGON STATE women's program - powered by All-American efforts from Kaylee Mitchell and Batya Beard - placed a program-best 16th in its second-ever NCAA Championship appearance.

In total, the Pac-12 amassed nine NCAA All-Americans - top-40 individual finishers - across the women's 6k and men's 10k, tied for the second-most of any conference and trailing only the ACC's 15.

The Pac-12 tied for the most women's All-Americans with seven along with the ACC, marking the fifth consecutive year the Pac-12 topped the tally of women's All-Americans. Since expanding in 2011, the Pac-12 now leads all leagues with 91 total women’s All-Americans and 19 top-5 women’s team finishes.
