Gymnast of the Week: eMjae Frazier, So., California (Erial, N.J.)

  • Led No. 3 California in a historic win over No. 9 UCLA as the Bears posted their highest team score in program history (198.400).
  • Set a new program mark in the all-around with a 39.825 with the score tied for third-best in the country in 2024.
  • Took the floor title after posting her first career Perfect 10 on the event and second overall of her career (beam).
  • Tied for first on vault (9.90) and bars (9.95) and finished second on beam (9.975).
  • Second Pac-12 Gymnast of the Week honor of the season and fifth career weekly award overall (Freshman of the Week - Feb. 21, 2023, March 7, 2023; Specialist of the Week - Jan. 31, 2023).

Specialist of the Week: Abby Paulson, 5th Yr., Utah (Anoka, Minn.)

  • Helped No. 4 Utah to its first 198-plus score of the season in a Pac-12 dual meet win over Stanford (196.625).
  • Competed in three events, finishing tied for first on the beam with a 9.975 and tied for third on floor with a 9.925.
  • Added a 9.775 on bars.
  • Seventh straight meet with a 9.9-plus on beam and fourth with a 9.95+.
  • Second career Pac-12 Specialist of the Week honor (Feb. 2, 2021) and third weekly award of career (Freshman of the Week - March 4, 2020).

Freshman/Newcomer of the Week: Ella Zirbes, Fr., Utah (Sillwater, Minn.)

  • Posted career-highs on the three events she competed in to help No. 4 Utah defeat Stanford with the Utes' first 198-plus of the year.
  • Eclipsed the 9.9-plus mark on the vault for the first time this season, scoring a 9.925 to finish second on the event.
  • Added a 9.925 to finish tied for second on bars and a 9.950 to finish second on floor in just her third performance on the event this year.
  • First career weekly award and second Ute to earn the Freshman of the Week honor this season (Camie Winger - Jan. 16).

Coaches' Choice: Chloe Widner, 5th Yr., Stanford (Frisco, Texas)

  • Returned from an early-season injury to compete in three events and help the Cardinal earn a season-best road score of 196.625 at No. 4 Utah.
  • Anchored the beam routine and matched a career-best with a 9.975 to finish tied for first in the event.
  • Matched a season-best on floor with a 9.925 to finish third and added a sixth-place finish on bars with a 9.850.
  • Second career Coaches' Choice award (March 9, 2021) and third weekly honor of career (Freshman of the Week - Jan. 7, 2020).
  • Third Cardinal this season to earn the Coaches' Choice honor, joining teammates Porsche Trinidad (Jan. 20) and Taralyn Nguyen (Feb. 20).
