Brink, Hull to USA 3x3 Camp

STANFORD, Calif. – Cameron Brink and Lexie Hull are among 17 athletes expected to participate in the 2024 USA 3x3 Women's National Team training camp running from April 17-20 in Springfield, Massachusetts, USA Basketball announced.
 
The USA Basketball 3x3 Women's National Team Committee, which selected the participants, will evaluate athletes for national team opportunities including the 2024 USA 3x3 Women's National Team, which will compete at the 2024 Paris Olympics; the 2024 USA 3x3 U23 Women's National Team; and teams that will compete on the 2024 FIBA 3x3 Women's Series.
 
Brink was named MVP of the 2023 FIBA 3x3 Women's World Cup in Vienna, Austria after helping USA to the gold medal. She also competed in two 2023 FIBA 3x3 Women's Series stops as a member of USA U24, finishing second in both Montreal and Quebec. A USA Basketball participant since 2017, she also owns 5-on-5 gold medals from the 2018 FIBA U17 Women's World Cup and 2019 FIBA U19 Women's World Cup.
 
On Monday, Brink was taken with the No. 2 overall pick in the WNBA Draft by the Los Angeles Sparks, the program's 15th first-round selection and highest pick since Chiney Ogwumike went No. 1 overall to the Connecticut Sun in 2014. A three-time All-American, she finished her college career with 1,892 points, 1,223 rebounds, 226 assists and 424 blocks to become the third player with 1,800 points, 1,200 rebounds, 200 assists and 400 blocks in the past 25 years along with Brittney Griner (Baylor) and Courtney Paris (Oklahoma).
 
Hull began her USA Basketball career at the 2016 USA Women's U17 National Team Trials. As a 3x3 national team member, she won a pair of medals in 2022 – silver at the FIBA 3x3 U23 Women's World Cup and bronze at the FIBA 3x3 Women's AmeriCup. She added a gold medal at the 2023 Pan American Games.
 
Hull has played her first two professional seasons in Indiana after being taken by the Fever with the sixth overall pick in 2022. At Stanford, she totaled 1,406 points, 191 3-pointers and 203 steals. She led the team in scoring 24 times in her career, boasting 65 double-digit scoring performances and eight double-doubles.
