2015 Awards and Season Review

Following another successful season for UW women's soccer that saw the Huskies make their 14th NCAA Tournament appearance in program history and second straight, the Huskies were recognized by a variety of organizations and publications for their performances on and off the field. UW also gave out its team awards at the annual year end banquet.

Faherty Named Head Coach At Stony Brook

Having served as an assistant coach for UW women's soccer the past three seasons, Brendan Faherty has been named the new head women's soccer coach at Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, N.Y.

Karas, Keever, Simon Honored By NSCAA

UW women's soccer had three players honored by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) on the 2015 NCAA Division I Women's All-Pacific Region teams, with senior defender McKenzie Karas being named to the second team and sophomores Kimby Keever and Shannon Simon earning third team honors.
