Huskies Head South For Two Road Matches

<br /><br />SEATTLE – Returning from Hawai'i this week after picking up two wins last weekend, the Washington women's tennis team (2-0) will head back out on the road to Tuscaloosa, Ala., where they will face Alabama (2-0) on Saturday January 21st at 1 p.m. PT, and Illinois (0-0) on Sunday the 22nd at 9 a.m. PT.

Washington Defeats Kansas State 7-0

<br /><br />HONOLULU – In their second match of the season, the Washington women's tennis team had another great performance against Kansas State today, picking up a 7-0 win at the UH Tennis Complex.

Dawgs Prepared To Start 2017 Season

<br /><br />SEATTLE – The 2017 tennis season has arrived and the Washington women's tennis team will hit the road to begin play in Honolulu, Hawai'i this week, facing Hawai'i on Thursday at 5 p.m., and Kansas State on Friday at 1 p.m.

UW Earns Two Rankings In Doubles

<br /><br />TEMPE, Ariz. – With the start of the 2017 regular season approaching, the Intercollegiate Tennis Association released their first rankings of the year, with two duos from the Washington women's tennis team making the national doubles rankings.

Stanford wins 2016 NCAA Championship

STANFORD, the 2016 Pac-12 champion, claimed its 18th NCAA title in women’s tennis and the Conference’s 22nd by defeating No. 12 seed Oklahoma State, 4-3. After dropping the doubles point and facing the 3-1 deficit, the No. 15 seed Cardinal rallied for the win. It was the Cardinal’s fourth win in the NCAA Tournament when losing the doubles point. This is Stanford’s first title since 2013 and the Pac-12’s third in the last four years. No. 1 seed CALIFORNIA made it to the national semifinal but fell short to the Cowgirls.
