Six Extra-Base Hits Help Huskies To 9-1 Win Over #23 Cal

The 1 Washington Huskies completed their fourth consecutive Pac-12 sweep, defeating the 23 California Golden Bears 9-1 in six innings. Washington hit five doubles in the game, with Sis Bates, Emma Helm, and Nawai Kaupe all driving in multiple runs. The Huskies move to 41-2 on the year and 11-2 in conference, holding a ten-game winning streak in conference play.

DePonte's Home Run Keys 3-1 Win Over #23 Cal

After a two-day delay, the 1 Washington Huskies took down the 23 California Golden Bears 3-0 in game one of the series. The Huskies scored three runs in the bottom of the fifth, taking the win thanks in part to Julia DePonte's two-run homer. Washington is now 40-2 on the year, its fourth 40-win season in the last five years.

Washington-Cal Rescheduled For Sunday Doubleheader

Due to inclement weather, today's scheduled doubleheader between 1 Washington and 23 Cal has been postponed to Sunday. The teams will pick up in the top of the fourth at 10:00 am Sunday, completing Friday's suspended game. Game two will start after that game's conclusion, at roughly 12:00 pm.
