Colorado's tennis team (8-5) and (0-2) in the Pac-12 looks to get their first conference wins this weekend as they are back in Boulder to face Washington State University on Friday (1:30 p.m. MT) and No. 38 ranked Washington on Sunday (11:00 a.m. MT).
No. 40 Arizona State proved to be too much for Colorado as the host Sun Devils won 4-0 on Saturday at the Whiteman Tennis Center. The loss to Arizona State completed the Buffs Pac-12 weekend opener and fall to a 0-2 start to the conference season.
The University of Colorado tennis team fell behind early to Arizona at the LaNelle Robson Tennis Center here Friday, and could not recover. The 4-0 loss dropped the Buffs to 8-4 overall and 0-1 in Pac-12 play. This was the conference opener for both schools.
