Utes Drop Match to No. 2 UCLA

The University of Utah men's tennis team was unable to card a victory today against No. 2 UCLA, as they fell to the Bruins by a final score of 4-0. With this loss, the Utes sit at 19-7, and fall to 2-5 in Pac-12 Conference play.

Utes Set for California Road Trip

SALT LAKE CITY – The No. 38 University of Utah men's tennis team will be back in action this week for two Pac-12 conference matches, which will also be their last matches of the season before the Pac-12 Championships. The Utes will first face off against No. 2 UCLA (22-2, 7-0 Pac-12) on Friday, followed by a match against No. 13 USC (14-7, 5-2 Pac-12) on Saturday.

Utes Fall to Oregon on Senior Day

In its final home match of the season at the George S. Eccles Tennis Center, the University of Utah men's tennis team was unable to tally a win, as they dropped a match to the 41st-ranked Oregon Ducks by a score of 4-3.

Utes Fall to Washington, 4-2

No. 35 Utah was unable to record a victory today against the University of Washington, as they fell 4-2. With this loss, the Utes dropped to 19-5 overall, 2-3 in Pac-12 conference play.  

Utah Men's Tennis Hosts Four Teams in Opening Weekend

SALT LAKE CITY – Utah men's tennis plays its first home matches of the spring season this Friday and Sunday at the Eccles Tennis Center. The Utes will match against Montana State (0-0) at 12 p.m. on Friday, followed by a match against Weber State (1-0) at 5 p.m. that evening. On Sunday, the Utes face Utah State (2-0) at 12 p.m., and then will end the day against Idaho State (0-1) at 5 p.m. to finish off the weekend.

Utah Student-Athletes Graduating at Highest Rate Ever

The NCAA's 2016-17 Graduation Success Rate (GSR) was released today and reported that 90-percent of student-athletes at the University of Utah graduated within six years from the time they enrolled as freshmen, its highest mark ever, and second best among Pac-12 schools.
