So far in his college career, the Oregon senior has proven unbeatable in the biggest moments. Just a few hours after sinking the walk-off putt to vanquish Oklahoma State in the NCAA quarterfinal, Raza delivered the winning dagger against top-seeded Vanderbilt, beating Matthias Schwab in dramatic fashion on the 18th hole to send Oregon to the national championship.

Pac-12 student-athletes wrapped up the final day of the 2017 NCAA West Preliminaries hosted by the University of Texas in Austin. With the country split between West Prelims and East Prelims, student-athletes with the top 12 times/marks and the best 12 relay teams at both the East and West Preliminary Rounds sites advanced through to the NCAA Championships in Eugene, Oregon, June 7-10.
Since there are no multis in preliminary competition, the top 24 decathlon and heptathlon marks in the nation earn an automatic berth to Eugene.
