Stanford defeated UCLA in a hotly contested prize fight to win the 2015 NCAA women’s water polo title on Sunday, while USC edged Cal in the third-place game earlier in the day at Stanford University. 

UCLA and USC join Cal and Stanford as the four teams representing the Pac-12 in the round of 16 at the 2015 NCAA women's tennis championships following their second-round victories Sunday, while Arizona State lost a hard-fought battle with Oklahoma State in the round of 32.


UCLA and USC won their second-round matches while Cal and Stanford lost in the round of 32 in NCAA men's tennis tournament play Saturday.


The 2015 NCAA women's water polo championship match will be a dual between Pac-12 foes (1) UCLA and (2) Stanford, a rematch of the 2014 championship contest.
