Media Day Part 1: Washington State, California, Washington, Oregon

CULVER CITY, Calif. -- Part 1 of our three-part podcast extravaganza recorded at Pac-12 Football Media Day at Sony Pictures Studios features Washington State, Cal, Washington and Oregon.

Washington State's up first (4:40). Cougars coach Mike Leach is Mike Leachy (Leachian?) from the outset while safety Deone Bucannon talks about last year's Apple Cup win, and why he failed his driving test on his first attempt.

Next, Cal's new coach Sonny Dykes and linebacker Nick Forbes don the headsets (20:30). Dykes handles the Quarterback Question off the top while Forbes provides an inside look at the content of his refrigerator (here's a taste: five dozen eggs.)

Washington coach Steve Sarkesian and quarterback Keith Price join hosts Rick Neuheisel and Mike Yam on the set (28:30). Price talks candidly about his difficult 2012 season during which he "saw ghosts" while Sarkesian recalls his own growing pains at the position.

Lastly, Oregon’s new head coach Mark Helfrich and quarterback Marcus Mariota sing the Oregon fight song in two-part harmony (42:20). Things have changed in Eugene.
