Utah Softball Announces 2018-19 Class

Ellessa Bonstrom, Haley Denning, Jordyn Gasper, Makayla Hurst, Jess Lynch and Sydney Sandez have signed National Letters of Intent to play softball for the University of Utah beginning in the spring of 2019, head coach Amy Hogue announced today.

Huskies Sign Eight For 2019

The Washington Huskies announced eight commits on Signing Day 2018.  Madison Banks, Silent Rain Espinoza, Madison Huskey, Ari Quinoñes, Sami Reynolds, McKenzie Schulz, Francesca Torraca, and Megan Vandegrift all signed with Washington and will begin competing for the Huskies in the 2019 season.

Huskies Announce 2018 Schedule

The Washington Huskies announced their 2018 softball schedule Monday, October 23.  Washington will take on 12 2017 NCAA Tournament teams, including two Women's College World Series teams.  Overall, Washington's opponents had a .560 winning percentage last year.

2017 Crimson Club Hall of Fame Class Honored

University of Utah Athletics is honoring five former Ute athletes and one dual coach/athlete honoree by inducting them into the Crimson Club Hall of Fame this weekend. The 2017 Hall of Fame class includes Staci Burt (soccer), Kent Crawford (men's tennis), Jo Evans (softball coach and player), Jordan Gross (football), Chris Shelton (baseball) and Steve  Smith Sr. (football). The group was formally enshrined Friday night and will be honored during the Utah-Arizona State football game Saturday afternoon.

Huskies Open Registration For Two Youth Camps

On November 11 and 12, the Huskies will host the Mini Dawgs Camp, open for kids age 6-12.  The Huskies will also host the Holiday Softball School on December 28 and 29, open for kids ages 8-16.  Registration for both camps is available online.
