Getting To Know Dior Hall

Dior Hall is an indoor and outdoor All-American hurdler who holds the USC freshman and World Junior record of 12.74 [1.7+] in the 100m hurdles.  She earned All-America honors in the 100m hurdles by placing seventh last season and third in the 2015 NCAA finals. Fully recovered from an ACL injury late in 2015, Hall is excited and has big plans for the upcoming season. Read on to find out more from Dior Hall.

Getting To Know Zach Shinnick

Zach Shinnick will begin his first season with USC Trojans track & field this upcoming season. Shinnick enters SC after an exciting summer. He became a member of the Junior USA team and broke the Junior World record for the 400m in the Pan American championship meet. Zach is thrilled to join the SC Trojans Track & Field team and cannot wait for the upcoming season. Read on to learn more about Zach Shinnick.

Getting To Know T.J. Brock

Sophomore sprinter T.J. Brock enters his second season with the USC track and field team after an impressive freshman debut. Brock placed fourth in the 100m at the 2017 Pac-12 Championships with a time of 10.37 (+2.2w). Later in the season at the 2017 NCAA Championships, Brock anchored USC's 4x100m relay, placing in 10th with the 10th-fastest time in school history of 39.05. Outside of the NCAA, Brock took home second place at the USA Junior Championships in the 100m with a time of 10.33 (-1.1) and won the 100m title at the Pan Am Games with a time of 10.45 (-0.4). Brock was also a track and field star in high school at Chaminade College Prep where he was a two-time state champion in the 100m dash. Getting to Know Breana Jemison

Redshirt senior Breana Jemison enters her first season as a thrower for the USC Trojans. Jemison recently transferred from UC Riverside where she was named a three-time Big West Track and Field Athlete of the Week. In 2016, she won the Big West Title and set the UC Riverside school record in the shot put with a PR of 56-11 (17.36m). She also earned second-team Indoor All-American honors at the NCAA Indoor Championships in the shot put with a mark of 51-11.75 (15.84m). Getting to Know Amber Gore

USC track and field junior Amber Gore has competed as one of the Trojans' top runners in cross country each of the past three seasons.  This week the captain leads the team at the Pac-12 Cross Country Championships.  In track and field she has competed mostly in 800m and 1500m races, last season competing in the 1500m at the Pac-12 Championships.  Check out the Q & A with the track and field junior:

Getting To Know Randall Cunningham

Senior Randall Cunningham begins his final season competing in the high jump. He ranks fourth in USC's outdoor all-time top 10 in the high jump with a jump of 7-4.50 (2.25m). He jumped a personal-best 7-5.25 (2.27m) at the 2017 MPSF Championships to win the event.  As a sophomore, Cunningham won the NCAA high jump title by going perfect through his first five jumps and clearing the winning height of 7-4.50(2.25m). He became the 11th Trojan to win the NCAA high jump title. He was second in the high jump at the Pac-12 Championships with a clearance of 7-1.75 and at the USC-UCLA Dual Meet by going over 7-0.50. He also helped USC's 4x100m relay reach the Pac-12 finals by running anchor in the prelims as the Trojans were running out of bodies.
