Sabrina Ionescu notches her 10th career triple-double with 19 points, 11 assists and 10 boards and No. 2 seed Oregon routs 15th-seeded Seattle U on Friday in Eugene during the opening round of the NCAA Tournament. The Ducks shot 52.8 percent and controlled the glass, 45-26. Oregon advances to play 10th-seeded Minnesota.
