Simon, Keever Invited To U-23 Camps

The Washington Huskies have two representatives at the U.S. Under-23 Women's National Team training camp this week, with U.S. Soccer announcing that both Kimberly Keever and Shannon Simon will be taking part in the seven-day camp.

Huskies Put 12 On Pac-12 All-Academic Team

The Washington Huskies were honored by the Pac-12 with 12 All-Academic Team awards, tied for the most in Washington history.  The Huskies also put 12 on the All-Academic Team in 2014 and 2013 but have never had more.  This year, Sam Kokoska was named the First Team, while Dominique Bond-Flasza, Lauren Conley, Pascale Dumesnil, Lisa Jensen, Kimberly Keever, Ava Lewis, Amanda Perez, Taylor Sekyra, Shannon Simon, Jessica Udovich, and Rachel Wheeler were all named Honorable Mentions.

Jessica Udovich Named To All-Region Team

After a successful year of defensive excellence on the backline, Jessica Udovich was named to the United Soccer Coaches All-West Region Third Team.  It is the first All-Region award of Udovich's career and sixth in the last five years for the Huskies.

CU Represented By Nine Pac-12 All-Academic Student-Athletes

SAN FRANCISCO – Colorado's soccer team had nine players earn Pac-12 All-Academic honors on Wednesday. Kelsey Aaknes, Courtney Fedor, Erin Greening, Sarah Kinzner, Megan Massey, Hannah Scheid, Jalen Tompkins, Alex Vidger and Scout Watson were all named to the Pac-12 All-Academic Honor Roll.

Four Buffs Earn All-Region Honors

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Four Colorado women's soccer players were named to the All-West Region teams on Wednesday by the United Soccer Coaches. Taylor Kornieck was selected to the first team, Joss Orejel was named to the second team, and Jalen Tompkins and Becca Rasmussen were both on the third team. It is tied for the most all-region players CU has had from the coaches association in school history, matching the total from 2005.
