BOULDER – Don't burn bridges. It's a motto that Colorado soccer head coach Danny Sanchez has lived by his whole coaching career, leading him to two NCAA Division II national championships at Metro State, and it has benefitted him and his CU teams recently. Late Goal Gives Huskies 2-1 Win At Seattle U

A wild and wet night at Championship Field ended with the Washington Huskies triumphing over Seattle U 2-1 Thursday evening. Ameera Hussen and Sienna Siemonsma each scored for Washington, with Siemonsma's second-half goal putting the Huskies up for good. Washington never trailed in the match and are now 2-1 in three spring games.

BOULDER – It's been a long time coming for Stephanie Zuniga, who missed the entire 2017 soccer season with a torn ACL she suffered just over a year ago. On Saturday, she assisted on both of CU's goals in a 2-1 win over Northern Colorado in the team's second of six spring exhibition games, her first start of the spring.
