Mink Earns CU Athlete of the Week

Boulder -- Freshman men's tennis player Bucky Mink earns Colorado athlete of the week honors after getting his third and fourth straight wins at No. 4 singles, winning both in straight sets. The two victories helped the Buffaloes defeat No. 63 Louisiana-Lafayette and nearly come up with huge upset at No. 30 Rice this past Saturday and Sunday, respectively.

Ormeño Ruiz Earns Second Team All-Pac-12

University of Colorado tennis player Nuria Ormeño Ruiz was named to the All-Pac-12 second-team here Friday in the conference's postseason awards voted by the coaches. It is the second conference award she has earned in her career as she was named to the honorable mention team last year.

Dodson and Jendrian Earn CU Athlete of the Week Honors

BOULDER-- Sophomore sprinter Jeremy Dodson (Indoor Track) and sophomore Franziska Jendrian (tennis) were named University of Colorado Athletes of the Week for the week of January 21-27. This is the first CU athlete of the week honor of the year for Jendrian and the second consecutive week Dodson has earned the award, making it his second career honor and Jendrian's third.
