Women's Soccer Lands Six Players on Pac-10 Honorable Mention Team

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. - Six University of Oregon women's soccer players earned All-Pac-10 Honorable Mention honors.

Senior midfielder Allyssa White (Bainbridge Island, Wash.), junior midfielder Chalise Baysa (Oak Harbor, Wash.), junior forwards Beth Bowler (El Cajon, Calif.) and Crystal David (San Francisco, Calif.), sophomore forward Julie McLellan (Vernon, B.C.) along with junior defender Starr Johnson (Kailua, Hawai`i) all were selected to the team.

UCLA senior Tracey Milburn was voted the Pac-10 Player of the Year. Stanford's Marcie Ward was the Freshman of the Year while Washington's Lesle Gallimore earned Coach of the Year accolades.

Baysa, who led the Ducks with 13 points and six goals, had made the All-Pac-10 Second Team the past two years.

The Ducks finished the 2000 campaign 4-15-1 overall and 1-7-1 in the Pac-10.
