Lunde, Rubin, Ruby, And Strasberg Go Undefeated At Duck Fall Classic

EUGENE, Ore. -- The Washington men's tennis team had another successful day at the Duck Fall Classic in Eugene, Ore. In the third and final day in the round-robin tournament the Huskies went 6-1 in singles play and 5-1 in doubles. Over the three days of play, Washington recorded 37 wins, 26 in singles and 11 in doubles.

Four members of the team went undefeated in singles play during the tournament. They include Marius Lunde (4-0), Dillon Ruby (4-0), Michael Rubin (4-0), and Ari Strasberg (3-0)

The men's tennis team is on a hiatus until January 17, 2001, when they will host Portland at the Nordstrom Tennis Center in Seattle, Wash.
