BERKELEY, Calif. - On Thursday, Cal safety Nnamdi Asomugha will make a special visit to ESPN.com's moderated chat room to talk about his season and the upcoming 'Big Game' versus Stanford.

Asomugha, a sophomore out of Los Angeles' Narbonne high school and one of the nation's most highly recruited defensive backs in 1999, leads the Golden Bears with 72 tackles including 45 unassisted stops and seven tackles for loss. He is the only Bear to return an interception for a touchdown this season and was named Pac-10 Player of the Week for his performance against UCLA on October 14, 2000.

The 103rd Big Game will be a big one for the Asomugha family: Nnamdi's older brother Chijoke is a cornerback for the Cardinal. Other family ties to the game include current Cal teammate Joe Echema (cousin) and former Cal WR Iheanyi Uwaezuoke (cousin), who is currently with the Detroit Lions.

Asomugha won't be stopping by until 11:00 a.m. PT Thursday, but feel free to leave your questions now and we will save them for his arrival.
